it's INTERNATIONAL ZINCK'S NIGHT again,
this year on Thursday, October 18th, and Klaus and Deloyce
Conrad from the Munich Chapter are inviting
all interested Cornellians and Friends for celebration
at DONISL, just off Marienplatz in the Center
of Munich. This year the little "Hubertus" room,
which has seen us several times is already taken but
tables have been reserved for an area were one can
hear each other talking. You can drop in any time
after 7:oo p.m.

10th annual Cornell Weekend of the Cornell Club
of Germany will take place this year in Sellin on the Rügen

01/18/2001 | Klaus and Deloyce Conrad from the Munich Chapter are inviting for the meeting on January 18, 2001 at the Wayne University Junior Year in Munich rooms (Richard Wagner Str. 27 -- near Königsplatz). Prof. Söder will be providing wine and cheese and also sharing some current observations in contrast to the experiences remebered by Frau Dr. Marie Luise Hartung in an informal talk, "A foreign student at Cornell, 1953-54" (working title). Mrs. Hartung, Dipl. Psych., Dr. phil. was clinical psychologist for 30 years at the Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik, Erlangen. She is now retired and will be coming from Baiersdorf-Hagenau to share anecdotal memories of her days at Cornell. Although the official starting time will be 7 or 7:30 p.m., Klaus and Deloyce will be there earlier in case anyone can make it directly after work. |
